Activate Your Energetic Solution

Here’s how to get yourself a permanent energy boost at work and in life!

Activate Your Energetic Solution is a live one-day weekend workshop led by Rebecca Ahmed. This workshop is thoughtfully designed to help you discover what’s blocking your energy and swiftly identify possibilities for fixing those blocks, so that you can immediately put steps into action to address your greatest challenges.

How do you know if this workshop is right for you?

If you are suffering from exhaustion, fatigue, constant boredom, lingering self-doubt, or you dread every day – or especially Mondays- and you are ready to jump into action towards your solutions, this transformational program will help you to:

  1. Identify what’s blocking your energy now
  2. Organize, and prioritize your challenges
  3. Discover and define what matters most to you
  4. Uncover solutions that align with your values to address each problem
  5. Energize your actions towards resolutions

By the end of our time together, you will be brimming with enthusiasm and be able to easily see possibilities that you currently don’t even know or believe can exist – and have a workable, realistic strategic plan to accomplish them.

*** Please note, this workshop is for clients seeking coaching to create action steps to move forward. If you are experiencing trauma and seeking a diagnosis, therapy, or treatment, please seek individual professional guidance as needed.

Before you even get to the workshop, your progress will begin! You’ll be invited to take an Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI). Turn it in at least 5 days before the event so Rebecca has time to study your results.

The Agenda

10 AM
Welcome & Warm Up Activity

The morning will start with introductions and a warmup activity to set the intentions of the day to be open, judgement free, solution oriented, and energized.

Once objectives are set for the day, participants will start to identify challenges they are currently experiencing in their life, immediate, or persistent, minor or major. Once you’ve identified the challenges you would like to work through in today’s workshop, the next step is to organize, and prioritize them.

During this intense, brief process, you will get clarity on the scope of each situation. That very fact will reveal opportunities for their resolution. You will see things that were hidden, and ideas will come for how to overcome and attain what you seek most. Individually, partnered, or with the group, you will take this time to get creative and brainstorm solutions, allowing you space to discover and develop innovative resolutions.

11:30 AM
Values Driven Solutions Assessment

Next comes your Values Driven Solutions Assessment. When you know your values and have taken the time to uncover what matters to you the most and define it in your own words, you will have a surge of clarity defining your life’s mission and creating actions to drive you towards accomplishing your goals. That’s because your values are your personal motivators. This is what will truly, easily drive your actions moving forward. When you are living aligned with your true values – whatever they are – you will find energy and focus.

You will have the opportunity to reflect and review your challenges, allowing yourself space and clarity to see where you have and have not been in alignment with your values. For some people, this is the first time they’ve taken the opportunity to get clear on what really matters to them right now, at this time in their lives.

12:30 PM
Lunch (provided)

Some time to chat to other delegates

1:30 PM
Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment

There are seven levels of energy, and each energy level has a core thought, feeling, and action associated with it. In the afternoon session, you will discover how you use each energy level in your day to day, and when under stress, showcasing various interplays that increase or decrease your energy. You’ll start to see how others use their energy around you at work and at home and begin to understand how you can make other choices in the way you use your daily energy to get different results in your life – results you crave.

2:30 PM
Alignment & Action

By this point in the day, you will have accomplished the following:

• Organized and prioritized your challenges
• Brainstormed a plethora of solutions to your challenges
• Identified and defined your values
• Understand how your choices increase or decrease your energy levels

It’s time to tie it all together to uncover real-world solutions that truly address your current frustrations and give you the steps to overcome them, steps unique to you. In this process, you will lead with your values to select the best solution to each challenge you originally brainstormed at the beginning of the day. By aligning your values to your solutions, you can confidently select the most effective resolution to mitigate each challenge you brought forward.

Action Plan(s): The final activity of the day is to energize your values driven solutions to design a personalized action plan to effectively implement your desired solutions for each challenge you brought forward at the beginning of the day. These action plans will become your roadmap to mitigating and eliminating each challenge.
